There is absolutely no benefit to scheduling tough OOC.
Florida State won @LSU and @Florida. That didn't help them at all. SMU scheduled OU and TCU which hurt them for losing come bowl selection.
Schedule wins like the SEC does UT-Martin, Chattanooga, Middle Tennessee St., etc. Then say how great Big 12 is every year with all these teams over .500 that we can't possibly keep them out.
