Thoughts on the visit, what all did you get to do?

“It was a long drive up from Austin, but worth it. I definitely felt the love from Tech and their fans. My parents and I toured the locker room, the weight room, and the practice facilities prior to the game. After that we had the opportunity to watch pregame warmups and the pregame festivities up close on the Raider sidelines. That was followed up with the game experience from some awesome 50yd line seats.”

“Coach Scheier encouraged me to keep working hard on the field and in the classroom. I just came back from a clavicle fracture and having him rooting for my success means a lot.”

Thoughts on the game and the crowd?

“Texas Tech fans are amazing. Both of my parents played sports at UT and they always say how hard it is for teams to come in and play at Tech. I definitely saw why Saturday. The team came in and played to win. They weren’t intimidated at all. Unfortunately, it didn’t go their way this time.”

Any plans to visit Tech again in the future?

“Coach mentioned junior day some time February and I’m looking forward to returning to Lubbock for that. Wreck ‘Em Tech!”
