I’ll go ahead and say I’ve been a yeti fan boy since the original YouTube commercials. I had the m30 hopper from when it came out 10+ years ago and after our Labor Day trip, it finally gave out. Zipper was already ripping and then it finally just popped off when trying to zip it back up.

I didn’t exactly treat it very well, either. So I go into the yeti store in Houston yesterday to send it in. The manager was fantastic, gave my girls some free stickers, and told me she’d get back to me by Wednesday.

She just emailed me letting me know that they are sending me a brand new m30 and are retiring my old one as long as I was okay with it. Such a quick and easy experience where everyone was pleasant.

Figured I’d share some positive experiences with a company when we tend to have so many bad ones. Thank you for coming to my dear facebook.
