OT: Workout Thread

I've been going back and forth on my motivation to really and disciplined like really get back into shape. I've run 5Ks and 10Ks and just today hit a new deadlift max of 305 (not impressive for a guy my size, but psychologically it's a big one for me.)

But I am 60 lbs over weight and now have an ulcer from enjoying the booze on an empty stomach a little too much (cheaper was my thought process, now I realize I'm an idiot). I'm ready to get the eff off my ass and find something that sticks. I'm trying to incorporate sports and weight lifting and running but I am looking for something consistent.

Where did you who have had success find the discipline for consistency?
