I used to drive a ton and get home pretty late often but now my longest drive is only a little over an hour. Outside of that I have a couple of overnights for events and the. 4 trips a year that are about 7 days a piece.
I always try to tell my wife that most people (especially well paid people) travel a lot more than me. Some of them on the road all week almost every week. The VPs I report to are on the road over 200 days a year. I just got home from one of my trips last week and was talking to my wife about how much she doesn’t like just the few trips I do take.
So, curious how much/how often do you travel for work? How does your spouse handle it?
