Hey guys,
Just wanted to let everyone know we are finally ready to open! I know many of ya'll have been following us and anticipating this and so I wanted to both thank you and also invite ya'll to come hang out with us.
We are starting with a limited release of our first 4 beers and will be busy brewing a bunch more starting Monday. Tonight we open for the First Friday Art Trail at 4:00 and we will be open tomorrow from Noon until Midnight. Food trucks for tonight are Farm To Fork and Whistlin' Dixie BBQ and tomorrow is Schlotsky's all day and we will have 5 TV's, 2 on the patio, for the Tech v. KU game.
This has been a dream come true for our ownership group. All 5 of us are great friends and die hard Red Raiders and we love Lubbock and wanted to make something awesome that we could all be proud of. Come join us when you can, drink some great beer, and GROW WITH US! This is about you guys, it's not about us.
Our first four beers are Two Docs Bock, Prairie Dawg Porter, End of the Street Wheat and Buddy Hoppy IPA. The Bock, Porter and IPA are SPECIAL imo. Our next beers to brew are going to be the Lubbock Light and Chilton Gose. I wish we already had these ready for you because they are going to be super light and refreshing, but they should be ready by next month's Art Trail and Grand Opening. We have a hoppy red, a New England IPA and several more in the works as well.
