Haven't gone skiing in way too many years. Got a wild hair and am flying to ABQ Thursday afternoon to ski Friday/Saturday.........flying back to Dallas Sunday morning. Planned to ski Taos both days, but am open to anything. Will use AirBnB to find a place to crash

Would you ski Taos two days or one day there and some place else (Red River?) Leaning towards keeping it all in Taos to keep it easy.
Recommendations on restaurants
Best site to check snow/road conditions? Need a four wheel drive car or no?
Recommendations on rental equipment in Taos, discount for lift tickets, etc
