My fellow employment law practitioners and I are keeping a close watch to see how the USSC is going to rule on a trio of cases addressing whether federal employment discrimination laws will be extended to cover homosexuality and gender identity. The opinions should be coming out soon. The majority of us believe the court will extend such protection. I’m curious to see what the gen pop thinks. Not so much whether you think they should do so, but if you think they will. I’d really like to see what you think... so please keep any comments civil so this doesn’t get booted to the EEF too quickly. Thx.
