The City's WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant; e.g. Sewer Plant) is about to outlive it useful life and the State has required us to begin planning for a new Plant. For the past few months, the City Engineer and Public Works director have been discussing what type of Sewer Plant they want to promote efficiency and reduce manpower at the plant, thus saving tax dollars. As such, today and next week, I get to go look at and review Sewer Plants. Yes, I will be looking at shit, literally shit, all day today and two days next week.
