OT: Solar Farms

My family has been approached to buy (not lease) land for the installation of a solar farm outside of Lubbock. I am curious if anyone on this board has knowledge to help determine fair value of the land for solar farms. Any thoughts or ideas on this matter. We are not that interested in selling any land but can not turn down and great offer (if made). Thanks in advance.
