The key word being United. This is by far the worst run airline in the history of commercial aviation. We completely board the flight only to be told by the co-pilot not 30 seconds after we all get on board "we cannot take off today because the pilot didn't show up. I don't know where he is but the good news is we located another pilot who can be here in 45 minutes to an hour".
