With a handful of clients and projects, we needed a better way to manage the collaboration efforts between my contractors and the clients. IT development work so iterations and constant feedback is important. Since we are exclusively remote workers to each client, it makes video chats, document sharing, and the like critically important.
We started using Slack and so far I'm pretty impressed. I separated each project into seperate "teams" in Slack and added Hangouts and Google Calendar. The only concern was asking clients to download the application.
I just wanted to see if anyone used Slack in their job, if the paid versions were worth it, and any general feedback or concerns I should have?
