OT: Shenandoah NP

In DC doing all the tourist stuff and looking to get away to nature for a day of hiking.

Any trail recs? I'm with two young and an older teen. Looking at AllTrails.com it seems like a ton of the hikes are either really short or super long and strenuous for a day hike. I'm looking for a moderate 5 to 6 miler.

Suggestions appreciated.
