I tried googling this and didnt get much of a defnitive answer, so thought try the all knowing RRS nation.
Im debating between selling my house in the Houston area, and trying to get an idea of how much selling the house costs. I know the 6% realtor fees (typically) but not sure of the other costs. If its a percentage or a set $ amount for all the closing costs and whatever else goes with it.
Basically If I sold my house for $300k, how much of that would I actually get after everything is paid.
