I've long been interested in secondary sources of income. Franchising, landlord, etc. This is going to be a 3-5 year process to build up some funds for this endeavor. I'm just curious as to who has had success and, in what area they have had that success. I'm not swimming in extra cash at the moment so it would have to be something with reasonably low startup costs.
