I ordered a wooden rustic flag from the Rustic Flag Company back around February of this year.
It was supposed to have been delivered in June however it wasn't and they stated it would be another 6 weeks.
That date came and went and people started filing complaints with the BBB as they had failed to deliver products to countless customers.
They then changed their name to something else. I believe this was a way to get away from the terrible reputation they created by taking people's money and not delivering.
So, now when I email them, they don't reply. Maybe they will file for bankruptcy so they won't have to give the money back to the paid customers. I don't know.
I have no idea what to do now. I guess I may be out $300 and just move on.
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do about this?
