Looking for input from the resident expert on gas grills.
Background, I’m building a house in SC and 9 months did my research on gas grills and landed on the Lynx Sedona. We evidently my builder didn’t place the order and I’m a month away from move in and the Sedona won’t be available until November. They are offering up the Coyote S series grill as an alternative.
If I go with the coyote how much am I giving up on durability and heat distribution? I had a bull grill before and it’s was less than impressive. I’ll have a griddle and bge so the grill is really secondary for weeknight cooking.
