I am going to try and smoke my first pork butt/boston butt/pork shoulder this weekend and haven't the slightest idea on where to pick one up.
Everytime I looked at Lubbock Market Streets/United/et. al, they are all very small or can't find them at all. Would like to get a ten pounder to feed some relatives this weekend and have some left over for my enjoyment next week. Help is appreciated.
