My boss (thankfully) gave me a heads up that my department (Sales Development) may get dissolved at the end of this month. It’s not a for sure, but he’s giving me a good heads up because he’s battling against the CFO. Just wanted to give me some time in case it does happen.
Sucky situation, company is just losing money right now. I think the CFO is rushing the gun as we just built some good momentum, but I think he’s kind of had his doubts about my department ever since I came in.
I’m located in Austin, and work from home currently. I’ve got a good amount of SaaS sales and leadership experience.
So, I need something, and want to put some feelers out. Pay range is $180K - $240K.
