Headed to Oahu over the 4th for my in-laws 50th Anniversary and looking for some recs.
I know we have Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation & a Luau on the schedule so far. Looks like 3 days free (2 days on Waikiki and 1 at the Disney place on the West side).
I went for about a month after I graduated Tech and have a few ideas, but recs for food and other ideas are appreciated.
I want to hit North Shore, Kailua Beach to watch kite surfers, maybe hike Diamond Head, but not really sure other than that.
Also, tips for 8:30 hour flights with 11 & 4yo kids? Probably try to stay awake on the way there and sleep on the way back?
