OT: New Orleans recs for March Madness (free likes ITT)

My brother is asking me to post and see if anyone has any recs for a sports bar, or Tech bars, in New Orleans for the first weekend of games. So, if you have any suggestions, or are in New Orleans and would want to meet up to watch Tech’s first round game, let me know and I’ll relay it to him. He and his girlfriend are both Tech fans and will be there the 15th-20th, so hopefully they will watch both first round games while there! Thanks in advance.
