A company is making a run at me and I told them I need them to cover the relo payback to my current company and I need $$ to relo my family. They told me to make them an offer of what it would take. My preference would for an actual relo package that everything is all included, but they are small and they don't have anything set up.
Sadly, my experience moving without an all included relo package is limited, so I have no idea what I would need or what is a fair ask. Any of y'all move across states recently and had to pay it yourself (regardless of it being reimbursed)? How much did it cost you in the end?
