Ran into the back of a lady's car during stop and go traffic at ~10mph or less. We both got out, exchanged information, and left the scene without a cop. Now, 3 months later my insurance gets a claim for 28k in medical bills from the other driver and the other driver has lawyered up. My insurance covers 30k for personal injury and they are going to counter offer $15k.
