I need to upgrade.
I am increasingly having to use 3D CAD software. I don't actually create the models, but I have to import them into a software called Canvas X3, then manipulate the models to create illustrations. Currently using a Dell Precision tower that's 7 years old. Needless to say, some of more complex models bring this thing to its knees.
Don't have an unlimited budget but I need something that is faster working with these files. Any and all recommendations appreciated.
