OT: Meat judging team?

So, anyone who listens to Sirius XM 84 should know that awhile back, it became a joke to talk about meat judging national championships. Well, it became sort of a fascination with Andy Staples and they have since had the Oklahoma State meat judging coach on a couple of times. Mentioned today that they really needed to branch out to talk to other programs, specifically Texas Tech.

Anyone know the department? It seems silly, but it would be great pub (if they coach is personable... if the coach is a boring dull dud then maybe let's forget this ever happened). @Robert G
