I’m trying to find someone who can work with me on the design phase, including adding to my porch significantly with pavers or concrete, potentially a pergola, and adding several trees and likely other greenery around house. I have to submit everything to HOA.
Anyone ever done this kind of thing before or am I just better of doing my best and GCing the work myself?
