Anybody taken the plunge into Keto? My wife and me have been doing it for a little over a month now and the benefits have been pretty awesome. She's losing weight from our third and I just wanted to clean up the diet.
While I appreciate the benefits, I'm feeling a bit trapped with the restrictions. For anyone that has done Keto, any tips for a rookie on changing it up without blowing it?
