i am sitting here waiting for voir dire to commence and I have to say, I cannot believe the way people show up looking like for jury duty. What a bunch of slobs. I don’t expect anybody to be wearing a tux or anything, but raggedy jeans and a Dallas Mavericks t shirt? Really?
I do most my work in federal court. If somebody showed up looking like that for a federal jury, the judge would take a big dump on him. State court vs. federal court....chicken shit vs. chicken salad.
