HVAC technician came out a said we have some "mold" on our evaporator coil.. However, he didn't seem too worked up over it. He said we should probably have it cleaned or replaced, but didn't imply it was needed ASAP. We have 2 small kids and another will be here next month. Should this be something I need to be worried about immediately, or is this pretty common?
FWIW he said there was no evidence of it at my vents
