I'm talking traditional oven roasted turkey. What is your go to seasoning recipe?
We'll do a smoked or fried turkey, too, so please leave those recipes out.
I am also committed to using the ovens I have, so don't try to sell me on a double reverse sous vide machine that costs $7,500 not including the solar powered, satellite capable meat thermometer that sends me a hologram message when the turkey reaches the desired temperature precise to 1/100,000th of a degree.
I just want to cook a turkey in the oven, and I want it to be delicious...
