OT: Getting a labradoodle puppy

We lost our 15 and 16 year old labs over this last year and we put a down payment for a litter with www.dallaslabradoodles.com

They seem to be good people but wondering if anyone has used them before? Also both our dogs were adopted at ages 16 months or so, since this will be our first true puppy experience I'm looking for tips and hints on this breed.

I'm always impressed with the amount of dog lovers and knowledge on this board and it is the off-season!
