OT: Frankfurt and Western Europe Recs?

Parents and I are going to spend about 9 days in Europe over Christmas. Flying in/out of Frankfurt, but would be open to travel around Germany/Czech Republic/France/Austria/Switzerland a bit. We don't have any plans other than flights yet, so let's hear what y'all have got.
