Just curious if anyone here (Or in the mortgage biz) has used this type of loan before in Texas?
We just cant seem to find the home we want and id rather buy some unimproved property and use this on a custom modular home. Researching this type of loan (if this is correct) So the upfront closing but treated as a construction build is not favorable for stick built but perfect for modular builds.
