Feel like I've mastered brisket, pork ribs, beef ribs, pork shoulder, etc; and need to add another skill to the repertoire. I'm really wanting to try making/smoking my own beef sausage, but I'd be starting from ground zero...don't own a meat grinder and have no idea which one to buy, no clue which casings/spices to use, etc, etc.
