Looks pretty cool, and is close to completion. Definitely not a cookie-cutter design, and nice location downtown on Broadway. Walking distance (2-3 blocks) to West Table and the brewery, the new Burklee Hill wine bistro, and right by the new Dirk’s chicken restaurant on 13th. (BTW @SouthForkRaider23 we ate there today with a group from Alderson and Dirk’s is legit! Place was packed and we’ll be back.)

At least from driving by, looks like another nice addition to downtown revitalization efforts.
