Tonight, I am in Waco for business and had dinner at BJ's restaurant with a couple of coworkers. We were wrapping up dinner and drinks, when a guy walked in and started causing a commotion. The hostess was verbally asking for help. We turned around and it seemed if the guy was high on drugs, coming in and pushing patrons and causing a stir. A couple patrons pushed back and the guy falls down and yells he has been shot and starts taking off his clothes. There were two gunshot wounds in his back. Luckily for the victim, the shooter was not a good shot, or it looked like a .22 caliber or smaller. No one could keep the victim calm.
After 5 to 10 minutes the police showed up in full force (20+ squad cars) with the ambulance and fire truck following 5 minutes later. They finally were hauling the "victim" off, when the story came out. The victim originally walked in with the young college girl (possible girlfriend) to sit at a table for dinner. The victim received a phone call and walked outside. He was gone roughly 10-15 minutes then he runs back in causing the stir and yells he was shot. The police asked him if he knows who shot him, and he said yes and the cop asked who it was, and the victim said I don't remember. Seems like a deal which went bad.
