I know the best crawfish is all near the coast, etc. I typically make it down near Houston a few times around this time of year to enjoy the tastiest season of the year.
However, working and living in Midland, I was curious if there are any places around here that serve it, even if it is just occasionally? I'm guessing there isn't since I can't find anything online.
As I said, I know West Texas isn't ideal for it so I don't need to hear how I need to get out to eat it, ha.
