OT: COVID Charge at Local Places

At a local cidery in Ft Worth and they are charging 4.5% for a "COVID charge" (they've been hit hard, etc etc)... I've never seen this anywhere else. Just curious if anyone else has?

Wondering if @Taft33 has considered that?
