OT: Covid advice

Never actually ever officially had it until I tested positive today. Seems like the usually crap I get this time of year with nasal congestion, sneezing, fatigue. Not much coughing as of yet. Just been throwing OTC cold/flu medicine and drinking tons of water. First symptoms started about 2-3 days ago.

Any advice for home remedies?
