Trying to decide on a couples destination with direct flights from Houston.
We're not really into all inclusive mega-resorts with activity coordinators or lounging by the pool all day. We like boutique hotels and experiencing the local culture.
We've already been to Cancun, Punta Cana and Los Cabos. Cabo has been our favorite so far but wife wants to try Puerto Vallarta.
Anybody recommend this or another destination?
