*Updated: Got this unit unboxed and its impressive. This is more of a “Grill” then a smoker. There is not a vent to regulate smoking but I know how to infuse smoke easily. This heats up quick and retains the heat easy on 1 low burner once you get it to the ideal temp. I’ll be messing around with it as a hybrid.

Hey Guys/Gals - So I'm always offered really good deals for products from time to time. Some of my distributors want to move space for other products and they sell these to break even.
For some reason, they just don't move many of these but I believe it's because of the retail cost vs. buying an XL Primo unit and saving money.
Primo is my favorite ceramic product with it made in the USA and IMO better than BGE. The shape is where it is excellent to do offset smoking or 2 large types of meat at the same time (Turkey & Ham)
So this deal is for the unit and cart. You can remove the top to build into an outdoor kitchen (Which is what ill be doing in my OD Kitchen.)
My rep was skeptical of this product but they used a demo and cooked a brisket on it and he was blown away. There is a way to still add lump coal in a disposable aluminum pan to get that flavor we all look for.
Easy low and slow grilling is what I like and indirect heating so this fits my needs perfectly.
