Way OT and a bit early fir the new year resolutions crowd but curious on tips any of you have taken to clean up your diet. I'm 33 and the in the worst shape of my life. I'm a healthy weight but just feel lethargic and like crap most of the time. Would like to cut out sugar and most processed foods. Don't want any crash diets and am mainly looking for a sustainable diet change.
