Just looking to pick some brains, I am 37 and seriously considering a career change. I have been in the Fire Protection industry for about 13 years, and have been the General Manger of a fire protection company for about the last 5 years.
I have had about enough of it all.
If you have made a change around my age or later, what considerations did you make in your new career search?
Did you stay in the same field or make a total change?
I hate to just throw the past 15 years out the window, but I can't help but think that there must be something far more fulfilling, equitable, and profitable out there.
What say you?
