Interested in buying some property on the bay side from SLP to N Padre.
$20k-100k range
I’m in construction so I’d like to buy a property that i can improve and build a boat structure on a canal/water. Would first setup a RV pad to work on main structure for while so that’s the reason I’m looking for non restricted properties.
Anyone have suggestions of areas not so populated but good fishing not fat?
I’m open to cities around the bays doesn’t have to be on the island.
As far as building, is there a minimum/ max height structures need to be at on poles? (I’ll research it but just wanted to see if anyone here has first hand experience)
Not worried about getting flood insurance. My parents have a mill home on galveston beach and bitched about paying way more out of pocket vs actual repaired needed when they got hit last.
didn’t do much of anything except replace the sheetrock and wires/outlets.
