So the wife and I are in the market for a lot and we've got it narrowed down to 2 different ones in the same subdivision. They are both on hilltops with decent to great views and they're both several acres...These were our criteria going in and now that we've whittled it down to 2 we're having a hard time deciding.
This is our first time doing something like this so I'm not sure of all the things to consider. I have some other resources to get suggestions from, but I thought I'd see what the RRS community has to say about it. What sort of things should we take into consideration when deciding on a lot?
