I know odd time for OT thread in middle of football season and beginning of basketball. But searched and never found previous discussion. Has anyone done a built in natural gas griddle? We have a stubout in a column and doing outdoor kitchen concurrent with our pool build and would probably utilize a griddle more than natural gas grill to accompany my Kamado Big Joe. I see Blaze and Blackstone both have options but didnt know if anyone had experience with them.
