So, normally our family vacation is in the mountains of Colorado, but this year proved to be quite the challenge to get the entire family together so we settled on Broken Bow. We've got a house rented close to the lake but I need any and all advice/information any of you might have. We are an extremely outdoorsy family so we will have the bass boat in tow and the fly rods packed. Based on what I've read it seems like a cool place, but I would really like to cut the learning curve as much as possible. If you've got any information on the following topics (and even those not listed) I'm all ears: fishing (lake or tailwater), guides, kayaking, hiking, eating, drinking, shopping (definitely not for me), wilderness/water adventures, golfing, and anything else.
And as always, thank you for your continued support of my family vacation.
