Highly recommend this place for anyone flying in/out of Love Field (or anyone in the area, for that matter) and looking for a damned good meal. It's in the same strip center as Jimmy John's - which is my usual meal stop on the way to the airport, on Mockingbird close to Harry Hines.
Place opened up about a year ago and I kept telling myself I needed to try it, but being a creature of habit I continued stopping at Jimmy John's. Finally pulled the trigger today and was very impressed. A little pricey, but the ingredients are all high-quality and everything is done from scratch. Don't let the name fool you, they have a decent sized menu with a lot of fresh 'non burger' options. They also have an assortment of 'from scratch' fried pies, a soda fountain stocked with a wide variety from Oak Cliff Soda Co., and a decent bottled beer selection. Draft choices are few, but they did have one of my absolute favorites on tap...Revolver Blood & Honey.
Out of a possible 5 Mahomes, I give them 4.
