This company just finalized buying my company about a month ago. I was basically a senior financial analyst and did a bunch of special projects as well as analyticals on financials. My boss was treasurer of the company and basically was let go today. Therefore I'm getting kind of nervous bout my job (I'm 29 and have a 3 year old and wife that doesn't work). I got MBA and bachelor finance degree from tech but I'm feeling I might not have a position in future. Their presentation was all about how decentralized they are etc. so I was just wondering if anyone has been through this and what my expectations should be. Any advice is appreciated. If it matters I live in a small town and not to many finance jobs are readily available.
