I plan on moving to the south-"ish" part of Lubbock and have been looking at a few places. I've looked at the following apartments and wanted to know if any of y'all have any suggestions or experiences regarding the below places. Reviews online have been decent, but I'd prefer legitimate/first-hand feedback...
Southview Village Apts (1745 74th St)
Stone Lake Apartments (7414 Elgin Ave.)
Preserve at Prairie Point (8217 Ave. U)
Dakota Arms (6703 82nd)
Lease is up late July, and I'll probably rent for a year then look into buying after that.
